Reaching those places ready

Recently a very dear friend prophecied over me during a service at church. One suggestion she made during that encounter was to write down what I'm believing for in different areas of my life. That has stuck with me over the past few weeks. I have been drowning in my circumstance, unable to see outside it's walls because of all the uncertainty it entails. Looking beyond, I've started to build a list of things I'm believing for. It may be beyond my control to make them happen but there are things I can do to be ready when they do. I've begun thinking about what I can do now to 'reach those places ready'.
